We will meet for about 3 hours. During that time, we will create a contact list, ceremony layout, reception floor plan and timeline together. The floor plan and timeline will be submitted to your venue, DJ, officiant, caterer, florist and more! We will iron out the details so that you are confident and covered on your big day!
You get everything included in our Silver Package. Additionally, we will direct your rehearsal and ceremony. Our coordinator will arrive one hour before your wedding ceremony to make sure things are picture perfect. We will cue your music and light the candles. We will send you down the aisle in style. After the ceremony, we will bustle your dress. Our duties will end when your reception begins, leaving you in the care of your professional vendors, family and friends.
You get the whole enchilada!! Our Platinum Package includes all services described in our Silver and Gold Packages. Plus you will receive 6 hours of coordination on your wedding day. We will bustle your dress, cue music, help pack away your personal items, gifts and leftover food items. Our coordinator will work with your caterer, photographer, DJ and venue to make sure your event runs smoothly. Our duties will end at the end of your reception.
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Venmo, Cash and Checks. Deposit due at time of booking and balance due 14 days prior to the event.
